No account needed
The desktop and mobile apps work the moment you open them, and keep working with no connection at all: your clients, projects and hours live on the device. Pick how you use Clocked — plain time tracking, or paid client work — add a project, press start. Nothing asks for an email.
When you want the same timer on your laptop and your phone, create a free account from inside the app. Everything you have tracked comes with it.
The only paid feature is invoicing
Tracking, the calendar, clients, projects, templates, exports and sync are free with no limits. When you send an invoice and your client pays it online, Clocked keeps 1% of that payment through Stripe. Print it or mark it paid by hand and there is nothing to pay at all.
Installing on a Mac
Open the downloaded .dmg and drag Clocked into
Applications. The build is signed and notarized, so it opens without
any security warnings. On first launch you can choose whether Clocked
also lives in the menu bar and starts at login; both are in Settings
→ Desktop later.
Installing on Windows
Run the installer and follow the prompts. Clocked sits in the system tray with your running timer and opens the full app in a window when you click it.
Installing on Linux
Mark the AppImage executable (chmod +x Clocked*.AppImage)
and run it, or install the .deb with
sudo apt install ./Clocked*.deb. Either way the app checks
for updates itself.
Phones
The iPhone and Android apps are in beta testing ahead of their store listings. Write in and we will add you to the TestFlight or Play test group.
